Salsa is a Latin Dance form which is a stepwise paired dance on the beat of Latin music. Salsa helps with a person's concentration along with the emotion of trust between people, as the pair dancing have to trust one another when it comes to falling, catching and swinging the other. There are also solo dances within Salsa which are also called 'Shines' which can help a person build concentration and self confidence in oneself. Salsa dancing is a great form of exercise that improves cardiovascular health, coordination, flexibility, and stamina.
